Find your fit
Size S is intended for a patella width of 44–54 mm (approximately 1.73–2.13 in). This is a kneecap measurement, not a strap length or knee circumference.
Position the opening at the top, towards your thigh, with the padded area over your kneecap. Wrap the upper and lower straps around your leg and adjust evenly. The fit should be secure without excessive pressure, slipping or discomfort.
Where to use them
For light-duty kneeling in the garden, on flat, even surfaces free of sharp objects. These pads provide cushioning and are not intended for tasks that require penetration protection.
Do not use on sharp or hazardous surfaces, in wet or submerged conditions, or for heavy industrial work. No knee pad provides full protection against injury.
Keep them in good condition
Inspect the pads, straps and fasteners before each use. Replace the product if it is damaged, deformed or worn. Do not attempt repairs.
Clean with a damp cloth and neutral detergent. Do not soak, machine wash or bleach. Air-dry and store flat in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
